One of my favorite Christmas gifts of all time was when we brought home our australian shepherd puppy to surprise our four kids in Texas in 2003. I’m stretching my rule of anonymity on my blog, but I absolutely love this moment captured on video. This is dedicated to Shiloh, my sister’s sweet dog she had to say goodbye to yesterday, and to all the other dogs and cats that forever hold special places in our hearts. Many happy memories!
